Return/Exchange Policy
I do not accept returns or exchanges so please be sure of the purchase before making it. All ears are handmade so they will never be perfectly symmetrical and may have minor imperfections. If product comes damaged please email me within 7 days of receiving so we can resolve the issue!
Cancelling Order?
Cancellations are only applicable if the item is not shipped. If the item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. So please be sure of your order before purchasing. This does not include the 'Made To Order' listings Made To Order listings are nonrefundable or cancellable if I have started creating the item.
Shipping
Once an order is shipped, Crypticrafts is not responsible for any delays or loss caused by postal services. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with international orders .
Do You Use Real Fur?
No. All my products are made with luxury faux fur!
Do The Ears Bend/Are They Poseable?
Yes, all ears have wire unless stated otherwise. So they are easily poseable, I don't recommend frequent bending of the wire as this can result in the wire breaking.
Do You Do Commissions?
I do accept a few a month; please refer to my Instagram for more info! Commissions are "Made To Order" and require specific details. So they typically cost a little more. Please keep this in mind when considering a commission of a unique work!
Processing time
If item states 'Made To Order" it means the product has yet to be. So made so please allow 2-4 weeks till shipment.
